records etc in trying to determine what our net balance was for the year as this is not a generally accepted municipal accounting pro However it is still good to have this in the records and we will have it before the next fiscal year ends Also listed in the report is the audit of the Utilities Divi sion of the city As you know Windham said By law we are required to completely separate all utility division funds from any general fund operation and no funds can be trans ferred from the utility fund to the general fund for budget purposes Assets and liabilities of municipal utilities were
